The group is incidentally considering introducing a strict Port/Starboard policy with only residents of the appropriate community being allowed to row on their respective side.  The fear is however that this would lead to circular motion, as the Port Seton crews haul the Cockenzie crews around.....

Or perhaps the reverse would be true?</description>
