Today, Easter Monday, sees the welcome return to rowing of Under 18s under the gradual easing of covid restrictions in mainland Scotland, and some islands not already in protection level 3. It is a step back on the way to normality, and hopefully a few clubs will feel able to take that step. If they are able to enter junior crews in the Castle to Crane time trial at the beginning of May, then so much the better!
